If I have an Annual Pass do I still need to pre-book?
Yes – all visitors need to pre-book their visits as we have a capped the number of visitors per day so that we can maintain social distancing guidelines. Please see our re-opening FAQs for more information.
Who can use the pass to visit?
It covers all of the people who came to Eureka! on the day of your first visit. If there is someone who will visit with you regularly on future visits, pay for them during your first visit to include them on your pass, or they can buy their own pass when they visit with you next time.
There are people I would normally visit with who are not here today. What do I do?
Pay for their admission along with yours and they can be added to your Annual Pass, or they should can pay for their admission (and get their annual pass) when they visit with you next time.
What’s Gift Aid and who should sign for it?
If you are a UK tax payer, adding Gift Aid to your admissions price means that we can claim back the tax that you have already paid on the price of your admission, so for every £1 you spend at our tills we can claim back an extra 25p.
Can I give my Annual Pass to family and friends to use?
No, Annual Passes can only be used by the named pass holder and the people listed on the pass when you convert to an Annual Pass.
Can I bring additional children?
Yes, however you will need to buy a ticket for them on the day of your visit. You can add them to your Annual Pass but their pass will expire on the earlier date of your pass.
If one of my children isn’t visiting on that day can I bring another child instead?

Will I have to pay extra for special events?
