My job is to persuade as many people as possible to visit Eureka! I make sure potential visitors find out about the museum by advertising to them in different ways – print, TV, radio, digital. I try to bring the Eureka! experience to life so families are motivated to pay us a visit. Essential in my job is understanding the customer and seeing things from their perspective – so I can often be found knee deep in data trying to analyse visitor behaviour.
I love how varied my job is, I get involved in every part of marketing, which means every day has a different challenge.
