All front of house staff will have a Return to Work interview with a Visitors Services Assistant Manager via phone or Zoom in the week commencing 27th July.
In your Return to Work interview, your line manager will talk to you about attending your re-induction on site, which will take place in the week commencing 3rd August.
This will enable us to create a training schedule for you which will be available for you to see on Rotacloud.
On your re-induction day, we will cover all the changes to Health & Safety and all the measures we have put in place to keep staff and visitors safe.
We will also go though each area you will be working in so you can familiarise yourself with how and why things have changed. Training on new processes will also be delivered in these sessions.
This will be a full-on 1/2 day – and your opportunity to get all the detail you need about how Eureka! will work once we reopen. Hopefully, you will leave feeling enthused and motivated to get back to Eureka! with the knowledge that everything is in place to support you.
Training will be carried out in small groups to ensure safe social distancing and to also ensure all staff are clear on what is now in place without feeling rushed.
We ask you not to arrive too early for your training as you will need to be met and shown the new way to enter the building and how to sign in.
