Team Leader – Customer Relations and Recruitment
Full time, c. £18,500 per annum
The team here at Eureka! is passionate about providing engaging, playful and educational experiences for children aged 0 -11 in our award winning museum and through outreach programmes. We’re looking for a creative professional with a proven track record, a big smile and big ideas!
Reporting to the Head of Visitor Services, the successful candidate will be one of four Team Leaders with responsibility for supervising all front of house staff in the museum. This role also has specific responsibility for recruitment for our Visitor Services team, leading on engagement with volunteers and responding to customer enquiries and comments.
If you have experience within a busy customer focused environment together with:
- a proven track record for leading others effectively in a similar setting
- ideally experience of cash handling and reconciliation
- the ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with multiple demands
- competence in IT skills such as Microsoft Word and spreadsheets
- a passion for great customer service
