Christmas at Eureka!
Christmas will be magical this year at Eureka! with festive activities for children ages 0-11. Visitors are invited to Eureka! to do their Christmas shopping, meet Father Christmas and even celebrate New Year’s Eve.
The winter season beings with a Christmas Fair on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 December where visitors will be able to get on with their Christmas shopping with the museum’s first ever traditional fair selling unique toys, gifts and homemade crafts from across the UK.
In Santa’s Magical Toyshop visitors will help the elves prepare for Christmas before meeting Father Christmas himself in the Eureka! Grotto, which will be open every weekend from 5-20 December and daily from 21-23 December. (Please note entrance to the grotto is an additional £1 per child).
After Christmas, Eureka! will be celebrating the new year with a Noon Year’s Eve Party on Thursday 31 December and Friday 1 January. Visitors are invited to our alternative, day time celebration for a party atmosphere with popular music and dance.
