Delivery
Delivery of tickets is in the form of a unique reference number that will be emailed to you on completion of booking. This reference number will also be displayed on the screen as you complete the booking process. We recommend you print this page/or the email confirmation to present at Eureka!. If you do not have a printer the unique reference number will be used to redeem your booking, so we recommend that you take care while recording the number.
Please note, you will not receive any tickets by post.
Annual Pass tickets
All tickets sold online are Annual Pass tickets. The Annual Pass entitles all of the party you pay for to come back to Eureka! free of charge and for as many times as you like over the next 12 months.
Annual Passes are activated at the admissions desk on the day you visit Eureka!. Tickets must be used on the date stated.

Refunds
Tickets must be used on the date stated and will not be refunded unless the museum is closed.
Only tickets purchased from our website or our approved agents are valid for admission. Tickets sold via unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for entry. Reselling a ticket for profit or commercial gain makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry.
Children
Tickets are required for each child visiting Eureka!. Children under the age of 12 months are free but will still need a ticket. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Arrival time
The museum is open 10–4pm every day during term-time. The museum is open 10–5pm at weekends, half-terms, holidays and bank holidays when the last admission is at 4pm.
Conditions of entry
Our staff are here to enhance your experience and to ensure your safety at all times. Please follow any guidance they give in relation to your and others comfort and safety.
Eureka! or any permitted third parties may carry out general filming and sound recording in or about the venue. By purchasing tickets you consent to you and your party being included in crowd shots and to the exploitation of such films and recordings without payment.
The Management of Eureka! reserves the right to:
- refuse admission to the premises
- request any ticket holder to leave the venue, and take appropriate action to enforce this right
Animals
With the exception of guide and assistance dogs no animals are permitted onto the site.
Privacy
Eureka! adheres to the terms of the 1998 Data Protection Act. The personal information that you enter into our online registration form will be held securely and will not be used for any other purpose unless you have given us permission to send you information or to pass your details onto other organisations.
If you have agreed to let us keep in contact with you we will use it to tell you about changes in our services, events or about special offers we think you'll find of interest.
All of the information you give us is private and secure.
When you register with us our site will send a cookie to your computer which will not affect your computer in any way. It is a small file that is saved on your computer that enables us to identify you next time you visit our site and will save you from having to type in your email address and other details each time you log in we do not store financial information.
Security
Eureka! takes the security of your personal information seriously. Our server uses industry standard security software. All the personal information you enter into our online booking form is encrypted prior to transmission across the Internet. The encryption software used is 40-bit Secure Sockets Layer 2.0.
None of the personal information, including credit card details, which you enter into our on-line booking form is stored on our web server. Once you click on the Process button, it is immediately transmitted to our bookings system and is secure behind our corporate firewall.
