Please note the museum is open from 10am to 4pm every day except on Mondays during term-time, and from 10am to 5pm every day at weekends, during half-terms, holidays and bank holidays.
We are closed every year between the 24 and 26 December.
Tickets can be booked for up to three months from the date of booking. Tickets for the same day must be booked before 9am to allow time for your details to be processed.
All tickets are issued as Annual Passes - this entitles all of the party you pay for on the day of your visit to come back to Eureka! free of charge and for as many times as you like over the next 12 months. One Annual Pass is issued per booking, therefore if your party includes two or more family groups, who may wish to return to Eureka! at different times, we recommend booking separately to ensure that each group has their own Annual Pass.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Most discount vouchers will work on this website by using the three digit reference number on the voucher. You will be asked to present the voucher on arrival. Some vouchers such as Tesco Vouchers can only be used in person on arrival.
