Many people, organisations and businesses help to make all we do here at Eureka! possible. Below are some of our more recent projects. Please do keep checking back as we add to our list of loyal friends and supporters.
As Eureka! does not receive any government funding, we rely heavily on Trusts and Foundations to award grants to allow us to carry out the important work we do. This includes supporting the museum itself, but also supporting the outreach projects we deliver in schools and in the wider community.

Awards for All (The Big Lottery) – November 2009
Awards for All have funded one of our outreach programmes, which will see us engaging with 1,400 children across Leeds and Sheffield.The outreach will be delivered in schools and looks at how a balanced diet can keep you healthy.Our resident Pirate Scurvy Sam takes children on a learning adventure, embedding the messages in a fun and child friendly way.
Healthy Towns Initiative - May 2009
Halifax Healthy Towns funding is supporting the rollout of our
Mission: Active Future project across Calderdale to encourage children to move more.
NES Arnold provides Eureka! with an annual budget for educational resources supplied by NES Arnold, and also a partner on joint marketing exercises.
