Eureka! is looking for a Visitor Services Team Leader to take responsibility for the retail operations at Eureka!, maximise sales and profits and look at new ways to develop retail income. As one of three Team Leaders, you will also be responsible for enhancing the overall visitor experience at Eureka! and supporting the Visitor Services Manager in the day to day running of the site.

Our Enablers work within the museum galleries promoting and enhancing the visitor experience and delivering educational workshops.
