Car Parking at Eureka!

Eureka! is able to offer a limited number of places to contract customers. The car park at Eureka! is conveniently located for workers in the town centre, Piece Hall traders and commuters using Halifax station.

Prices start at £40.00 per month for a Mon-Fri pass - equivalent of £1.74 per day - and fees are payable quarterly in advance either by cheque or Direct Debit. A limited number of six and seven day passes are also available on request.

The car park opens at 05:30 and closes at 20:00, is well lit and is patrolled by 24-hour security. Please e-mail parking@eureka.org.uk for further information.

If you would like to apply for a space please download and complete an application form and either email to this address or fax to +44 (0)1422 398490.

Please note, spaces are leased subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Vehicles are parked at customers' own risk
  • Eureka! accepts no liability in respect of any loss, destruction, damage or theft of or from the vehicle or the contents of the vehicle
  • Should your vehicle suffer damage or theft while in the car park you must inform Eureka! and the police
  • Prices may be subject to increase. Customers will be given at least one month's notice
  • All car park users should drive slowly and carefully while in the car park
  • Parking permits should be displayed in a prominent position. Vehicles not displaying a valid pass may be clamped and a release fee of £30 be charged
  • Failure to pay car parking fees within 30 days of invoice date renders parking permits invalid and will result in the suspension of parking rights
  • Permits can be cancelled at any time in writing to the Business Development Manager, either by email or hard copy
  • Eureka! is not able to provide a refund of any portion of a month remaining on your account
  • Refunds for any full months not used can be refunded less a 20% administration charge
